Our Shipping Policy
All packages are shipped via USPS priority shipping. All orders are processed in the order that they are received. Please allow at least 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. Some orders are not processed same day due to the order in which they are received. ANY ORDER RECEIVED AFTER 5PM WILL BE PROCESSED NEXT DAY. Depending on a number of factors, domestic and international orders may take up to 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your order has been shipped you will receive all tracking information regarding your order. Package will arrive 1-2 business days after being shipped as long as no delays occur.
Orders placed using OVERNIGHT shipping must be placed before 12:00PM CST. Your package will arrive one day after the order was shipped. Please make sure you are putting correct address information when placing orders. That also includes additional info (phone number & email ). We will not be responsible for packages being delivered to the wrong address due to customer. We will not be responsible for delays in packaging due to customers incorrect info. We will also not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you choose local pickup you have 7 business days to pick your item up. If items are not picked up you will be FORFEITING YOUR ITEMS AND PAYMENT. If you can not pick up your items in the time frame given please contact us. If you have any shipping issues please CONTACT SUPPORT or CHAT LINE
